Akrylep 401R
Acrylic dispersion for textiles lamination, permanently tacky. Solids 63%, viscosity 5000 mPas. Roller or spray coatable.
Main features: high tack and cohesion, high temperature resistance.
Akrylep 417
Polyurethane heat reactivable dispersion for leatherette, textiles and foam lamination. Solids 48%, viscosity 8000 mPas. Used in mixture with hardener Leabond WBN (20:1). Roller or spray coatable.
Main features: high temperature resistance, high cohesion.
Akrylep 611 (Z)
Acrylic pressure sensitive dispersion adhesive. Solids 62%, viscosity 16 000 mPas. Used for self-adhesive goods, insulation assembly and nonwovens lamination.
Main features: balanced adhesive properties (high adhesion and cohesion), high temperature resistance of the joint.
Leabond WBN
Aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener for crosslinking of water-based dispersions to get increased heat resistance. Solids 100%, viscosity ca 6000 mPas, sensitive to humidity.
Main features: low irritant effect, easily miscible with adhesives.
Unilep Spray H6
Sprayable base, 55% solids, 350mPas viscosity, temperature resistance up to +60° C. Usable for general upholstery and mattrasses.
Main features: new product, durable use.
Unilep Spray H24
Sprayable base, 26% solids, 750mPas viscosity, temperature resistance up to +100° C. Usable for car interiors.
